1. Consulting and Coaching Services

Our consulting sessions are reserved exclusively for you. When you book a session, we commit time and resources to your guidance.

  • Cancellations & Rescheduling: * If you cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment, you are eligible for a full refund or a credit toward a future session.

    • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session are generally non-refundable, as that time slot could not be offered to another client.

  • Completed Sessions: Once a consulting session has been conducted, no refunds will be issued. We provide professional advice and support, but results in dating and relationships depend on individual effort and external factors.

  • No-Shows: If you fail to attend a scheduled session without prior notice, the session fee is non-refundable.

2. Digital Products (E-books & Guides)

Due to the nature of digital content, once an e-book is purchased and the download link is provided, the product is considered “used.”

  • General Rule: All sales of e-books and digital downloads are final and non-refundable.

  • Technical Issues: If you experience a technical problem that prevents you from accessing the file (e.g., a corrupted link), please contact us within 7 days. If we cannot resolve the issue or provide a working copy, a full refund will be issued.
